Return Flight to Vietnam Give-Away @ Republic Friday 21st August
To celebrate the depth of creative talent within our community, Relative host regular events that provide a forum for those with an open and creative mindset to congregate, celebrate, inebriate and for the lucky ones amongst us procreate.
For this project Relative will award a local creative a return flight to Vietnam to do what they do best; whether it be take photos, paint, draw, cook, write, make music, or whatever your creative outlet may be. The fruits of their journey will be published in issue four of Relative Magazine and will also appear on relativemagazine.com. Our aim is to collaborate with local artists regularly to create artwork that reflects the local creative culture whilst affording artists the opportunity to promote their talents throughout the wider community.
To be in the running, send through some examples of your work to contact@relativemagazine.com and give us a short description of what you aim to achieve from the visit to Vietnam. Make sure your entries are in before the 21st August as the winner will be announced at the event.
Ben Taaffe and the {MOVE} DJ’s will be spinning their finest til late and back issues will be available for those of you who are yet to get your hands on a copy.
$10 at the door. Doors open at 8pm.
