PRICING / PAYMENTS

RELATIVE online store accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Paypal.
Orders will be dispatched once your payment has been confirmed.
Please note that RELATIVE may delete, add or amend any information or product on the online store with out notice.

Orders will be processed within 5 business days of their receipt
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday (local time) will be processed the following Monday.
All prices and shipping costs are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Shipping within Australia
- Orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post.
- Flat postage cost of $5 within Australia.
- In most cases orders will be received within 1-3 business days of shipping. Bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may take longer.
- Orders are shipped via International Couriers Express through Australia Post
- Costs are calculated based on weight and country region.
- Generally orders will be received within 3 – 10 working days from dispatch, although certain destinations may take longer.
- You will be notified of the corresponding tracking number.
International Customs Duties / Taxes
Please be aware that your order may be subject to local customs and/or duties in the destination country. Please check with your local authority for all details and rate. RELATIVE can not be held responsible for any such additional charges & these are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are sorry but cannot offer refunds and exchanges on our online ordering. All our products are in good condition before posting and great care is taken in packaging prior to sending.

FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES
All items are thoroughly checked before sending and are packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only in the event of a faulty item is the return postage paid for by RELATIVE.
Refunds on faulty goods that have been shipped internationally will not include a refund for any customs taxes or duties that may have been applied to the shipment.
RELATIVE holds the right to request a photographic image be emailed through to asses faults prior to a return authorisation being given.
Please Note: If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.
